Obituary of Carmelo R. Vallecillo

Carmelo R. Vallecillo, 59, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, August 31, 2021. He is survived by Monica, his wife and best friend of 30 years, his children, Christopher, Christina, Thomas and Godson Vicente; and his grandchildren Sean and Samantha. He also leaves behind his very beloved fur babies Simba, Peanut, Baby and Franky the Cat. Also survived by brothers Juan, Carlos, Francisco, Valentin and Joseph and sisters Josephinia, Margarita and Gloria, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by both parents, brothers Guadalupe, Tony, Martin and Jesse and sisters Ramona and Camilla; as well as nieces and nephews. Carmelo dedicated his life to helping others in any way that he could. His list of jobs included construction, auto repair, landscaping and he took pride in being a self-proclaimed “Jack of all trades, Master of none” Services for Carmelo will be held Monday, September 13, 2021 from 6pm to 9pm at Legacy Funeral Home – 1374 N Arizona Avenue; SW corner of Arizona Avenue and Knox Road.
